Great news for slow fashion fans - upcycled denim is quickly becoming the fashion industry's new hot topic, seen in the success of cult designer brand Vetements' deconstructed jeans and Cheap Monday's new C/O capsule collection, which is re-fashioned out of pre-existing garments. As denim is one of the most water-intensive fabrics to produce, upcycling items you already own into something new is one of the most sustainable ways of updating your wardrobe, as well as being creative and budget friendly.
