The True Cost preview screening: have you bought your ticket?

Just a heads up that there are still tickets left for the preview screening of The True Cost, a groundbreaking documentary about the consequences of fast fashion, which asks the uncomfortable question "who really pays the price for our clothes?" The documentary follows the fashion trail "from the brightest runways to the darkest slums", and also features interviews with world famous designers and eco-ambassadors including Stella McCartney, Vandana Shiva and Livia Firth.

The screening is taking place at the Clapham Picturehouse in London on Tuesday 26th May, and tickets cost £15 for those with a Guardian membership (it's free to sign up!). As well as watching the film, you can also be a part of a panel discussion with film director Andrew Morgan, model and actress Lily Cole, designer Wayne Hemingway, fashion blogger Susie Bubble and journalist Lucy Siegle (see my post on Lucy's Introduction to Ethical Fashion).

I'm sure there will be lots of talk around this film when it's released worldwide on May 29th, so if you live in or around London make sure you don't miss out on what will be an incredible evening.

Hope to see you there!
